What can I do in the Jessie?

Although our Jessie is a more casual sandal you can still do practically anything in them. Take a walk on the beach, a hike in the woods, hang out with friend, stroll around the campsite, dance your heart out! Pretty much anything you want.

I’m not sure that the Jessie, or any sandal for that matter, is right for lateral motion sports, like tennis or basketball.

So, use your common sense and HAVE FUN!

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

To clean your Jessie sandals, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.

better than expected

I almost didn't order these. I like toe-ring sandals, but the photos of these left me thinking they'd just look like flat paddles on my feet. Then I visited my sister and she was wearing a pair! They look great on. So I immediately ordered a pair for myself. I have normal feet and what some might call "skinny" ankles and these fit great. I usually wear a 7.5 in most shoes. I got these in a 7 and they're fine. My big toe is wide, so getting the toe loop on requires using my fingers to scoot the strap into my toe....... I cannot step into these without that step. But I prefer that over a loop that's too loose. They're comfortable to wear, but they to translate the feel of sharp rocks when walking on a gravel driveway. These are great. Very glad I got them.

Nice sandals but tight on toe

I wanted a “dressier” Xero sandal and tried these. I was so excited for them to arrive but quickly realized they were too tight on my big toe and they had to go back. I will keep looking for a dressier sandal with perhaps another company.

Shoes are great looking but has an issue

The toe loop is too small i have small feet and it still was not comfortable. I was, however, able to stretch the cording by putting it under hot water and stretching it out. Then i put something through the loop to keep the shape while it dried. Now they fit and look great. I haven’t wore them out for the day so im unsure how my feet will feel after wards. I was so determined bc this is the only sandal I have found that doesn’t look like its for hiking. I wish you would make more stylish looking sandals to add to ur inventory.

Jesse bad fit

The toe holder was way too tight and caused my toes to discolor and the ankle strap was also tight for my high in step - suggest that you add these notes to your product description for these shoes! I have returned them for a refund...
